Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance
Every Thursday evening from 6:00 - 7:30, Our Place hosts a meeting for the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance, a support group for those with any type of mental illness.
The group is neither therapy, treatment, nor a 12-step program. Rather, it is a place for those with mental illness to share their struggles while gaining insight and understanding. The focus is on providing each other with positive and constructive feedback.
